Inside Our On-Ground Creator Campaign at Bhartiy Vypaar Mahotsav
Event marketing works differently from a scheduled content calendar. There's no do over on a live stage moment, and the difference between a campaign that lands and one that doesn't is almost entirely in the planning that happens before anyone shows up on site.
What we were solving for
Visibility while the event was running, and a library of content that kept working long after the floor cleared.
On-ground coverage
Stage moments, festival floor activations and creator coverage don't work like a studio shoot. There's one take, changing light, and a schedule that isn't yours to control. Our crew split coverage between the main stage and the floor so nothing had to be staged twice.
Creator activations
Creators hosted moments on the floor, covered stalls live, and turned the day's footage into short form content while the event was still running.
What came out of it
Content from the day continued generating engagement for weeks after the event, and the footage still anchors how we show live work to new clients.
Bhartiy Vypaar Mahotsav is the kind of live, on ground work we do alongside scheduled brand campaigns. Get in touch if you're planning an event and want coverage that's actually built for how live events really run.
